Step 1: the first request
You write to us through the form, on WhatsApp or by email, in Albanian, Italian or English. We reply within the day with three questions: what you do, who your clients are, what you have online today. We do not send a generic price list: the price depends on what is needed, and we understand that after the analysis. If the project is not for us, we tell you immediately.
Step 2: the free analysis
Within two to three days we analyse your site (if any), your Google profile, your social channels, the competitors appearing on Google for your searches, and the real searches your clients make in Albanian, Italian and English. We send you a short document: where you are, where competitors are, what we would do and in what order. No obligation: many use it even without continuing with us.
Step 3: the offer
An offer with a line-by-line list: pages, languages, who writes the texts, photos, functions, basic SEO, Google profile, training, maintenance, hosting, timelines with phases, a fixed price with VAT. For ongoing services (SEO, ads, social): the monthly fee, what it includes, the report, the minimum term. Ownership of domain, site and accounts: always yours, written in the offer. If something is unclear, you ask before signing.
Step 4: the structure
After signing, we propose the site structure: the list of pages, the addresses, the menu, what each page says in one line. You approve it. It is the phase where changes are free and fast; after texts and design they cost time. For existing sites, the redirect map so positions are not lost.
Step 5: the texts
We write the texts for every page in Albanian, Italian and English, based on what you tell us (a one-hour conversation is enough for most businesses) and the searches we analysed. Not translations: each language is written for its market. You read and correct them: you know the business, we know Google and the client. It is the longest phase and the one that counts most.
Step 6: photos
If you have professional photos, we use them. If not, we organise a shooting day with the photographer (premises, team, products, dishes, rooms, properties) or guide you to take them yourself with a phone in natural light. No stock photo passed off as yours. The photos are yours, in all formats, for social too.
Step 7: design and build
We build the site with the approved structure, texts and photos: fast on mobile, secure, with forms reaching where they should, a fixed WhatsApp button, the Google profile linked, hreflang for languages. We show you a test version to see and comment on. For presentation sites we use static sites: the fastest and almost unhackable. For bookings, listings and shops, the right systems with maintenance.
Step 8: launch
A final check: all pages, the three languages, forms, phones, speed, redirects, sitemap, Search Console, the Google profile. Launch on a low-traffic day. Monitoring for two weeks. If something goes wrong, we fix it, not you.
Step 9: training
One hour (in the office, at your business or on video) to show you how to make small changes, how to read Search Console and the Google profile, how to use WhatsApp Business with quick replies. For static sites, we make changes within the day. You need to know nothing technical.
Step 10: maintenance and report
After launch: updates, backups, security, monitoring, small changes, for a modest monthly fee. For SEO, ads and social: the planned monthly work and a one-page report with enquiries, positions, cost per enquiry and proposals. One contact person, the same as in step 1.
Timelines
A small site: two to four weeks. A business site in three languages: four to eight weeks (texts are the slow part). A site with booking engine, listings or shop: six to twelve weeks. SEO: first results after three to six months. Ads: enquiries from the first week. Social: three months for measurable results.
What we ask of you
A person who replies within the day for approvals. One hour of conversation for the texts. Access to the domain, old site, Google profile and social channels (or we create them in your name). Photos or a day for the shoot. Exact information: prices, hours, services. Who answers the phone and in which languages. Without these, every project takes twice as long.
What we do not do
We do not guarantee first place on Google: nobody can. We do not keep the domain or site in our name. We do not buy followers or reviews. We do not machine-translate. We do not promise “ready in three days”. We do not start without an approved structure. We do not launch ads without a landing page and measurement. It is the method that lets us keep what we promise.
Where we are
An office in Vlorë, clients across Albania, in Kosovo and in Italy. We work online only: video calls, WhatsApp, email and shared documents. You never need to travel and we do not visit on site. We speak Albanian, Italian and English. The method comes from more mature markets, adapted to Albania.
